•  Età d’uso : 0 – 12 anni.
• Adatto per aree pubbliche, scuole, area gioco privata o condominiale.
• I nostri prodotti sono progettati e costruiti in conformità alle norme EN1176 e certificati dal TÜV RHEINLAND Italia srl.
  Componenti :
•  Sagoma in polietilene estruso “ CHIMALON “,colorato in massa e resistente agli UV con un valore di 8 ( scala di lana da 1 a 8 ) e riciclabile al 100 %.
•  Accessori quali manopole e copridadi sono realizzati in polietilene con le stesse caratteristiche della sagoma.
• La molla ( filo 20 mm ) con collegamento attraverso lo spring-disk è realizzata dalla ditta Eibach, azienda leader in Europa nella costruzione di molle.
• Staffa di collegamento molla / sagoma realizzata in acciaio inox 304 a scomparsa.
• Staffa da interrare realizzata in FE zincata a caldo.
•  Bulloneria in acciaio zincato o inox.
• Tutti i componenti del gioco sono disponibili come parti di ricambio.
•  Posa in opera : Attenersi alla illustrazione in allegato al gioco.
  Piano di manutenzione ( come richiesto dalla normativa EN 1176-7 ) :
• Ispezione visiva : tenere controllato il buon stato generale del gioco.
•  Ispezione semestrale : controllare il serraggio dei bulloni e lo stato generale del gioco, inoltre
  verificare che lo spazio libero sia rispettato e che la fondazione del gioco non sia scoperto dal terreno.
•  Ispezione annuale : verificare l’integrità strutturale dei plinti di fondazione.

  Components :
• Figures of the spring riders made of polyethylene , using the most modern technologies on thermoplastic materials extrusion “CIMALON”, bulk-coloured, treated against UV-rays with a light fastness of “8” ( scale from 1 to 8) and recyclable 100% .
•  Accessories such as handgrips and cups are made in polyethilene with the same characteristics of figures.
•  Spring ( 20 mm wire) with spring disk safety anchoring system are manufactured by the company EIBACH, an european leading company in this field.
•  Joint bracket made in a foldaway 304 stainless steel.
•  Iron (FE) ground fastening support worm/galvanized.
•  Bolts in galvanized and steinless –steel.
•  All the components parts of the spring rider are available as spare parts.
•  Setting: follow the instructions enclosed to the spring rider.
  Maintenance plan ( as per regualtion EN 1176-7 ) :
• Visual inspection : general good game’s conditions need to be controlled.
•  Half-year inspection :check bolts tigthening and the game’s general conditions, besides verify that the security area is respected and that the game’s basement is not open to the ground.
•  Annual inspection : check that the cemented ground fastening support is undamaged.

  Bestandteile :
•  Figur aus extrudiertem Polyethylen “CHIMALON”, durchgefärbt und UV-Beständig mit einer Lichtfestigkeit von 8 (Skala 1 bis 8) und 100% wiederverwertbar.
• Zubehör, wie z.B. Handgriffe und Abdeckkappen sind aus Polyethylen und haben die selben Eigenschaften wie die Figur selber.
•  Die Feder (Draht 20 mm ) mit einer Spring-Disk Verbindung sind von der Firma Eibach, Leaderfirma in Europa für die Federproduktion.
• Bodenverankerung aus Eisen (FE) und warm verzinkt.
•  Verbindungsbügel, swischen Figur und Feder, aus Edelstahl 304.
•  Alle Bestandteile des Spielgerätes sind als Erastzteile verfügbar.
•  Installation: siehe beiliegende Gebrauchsanleitungen.
  Wartung (laut EN 1176-7 geregelte Norm ) :
•  Sichtliche Überprüfung :man überprüfe generell den guten Zustand des Spielgerätes.
•  6-Monatliche Überprüfung : man überprüfe die Anziehung der Schrauben und generell den guten Zustand des Spielgerätes;au ßerdem überprüfe man dass der Raum rund um das Spielgerät frei ist und dass die Fundamente des Spieles nicht vom Boden hervorragen.
• Jährliche Überprüfung : man überprüfe die strukturelle Integrität des Fundamentsockels.
